Order Cancellation Conditions
We strive to process orders efficiently. The eligibility for cancelling an order depends on the shipment status and the time elapsed since the transaction:

Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be directly cancelled without any penalty.

Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago, or if the package has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we are unable to intercept the shipment or cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics provider to deliver the items to your designated address. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund process. Order Cancellation Process

Processing: Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund at the first opportunity.
Refund Instructions

Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is verified for shipped orders), the refund will be issued directly to the original bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) used for the payment. We do not refund to alternative accounts or payment methods.

Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card-issuing banks, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same item (e.g., a greenhouse or mobile workbench) due to network delays or operation errors, please contact us immediately. If the duplication is reported before shipment, we will cancel the redundant order and issue a full refund for that specific entry.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order on our end under specific circumstances to ensure transaction security and correct service. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to verify payment information, suspicion of unauthorized transactions, or errors in product pricing or inventory display. In such events, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
