We are committed to providing high-quality benches, folding dining chairs, greenhouses, mobile workbenches, and outdoor dining table sets through our online store. This policy outlines the rules and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Return and Exchange Validity Period
We offer a return and exchange period of 45 days starting from the date you sign for the receipt of the product. If 45 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipment: You are required to send the product back to our designated return address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged.

Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy section below.

Review and Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the designated return address.

Shipment: You need to send the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

Inspection and Redispatch: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection confirms your claim, we will arrange for the new product to be prepared within 1-3 business days. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be returned strictly to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Fee Rules

We Bear the Cost: For returns or exchanges caused by product appearance issues, quality problems, odors/severe color differences, or if the wrong item was sent, we will cover the shipping costs.

You Bear the Cost: For "No Reason" returns or exchanges (change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to facilitate the return process.
Liability Statement
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the furniture and equipment. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return shipment if the customer chooses their own shipping method instead of using our provided guidelines. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund.

After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled immediately. You will need to follow the "No Reason Return" process after receiving the goods.
Condition of Returned Items
For returns made under the "No Reason" (change of mind) category, the items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to reasons not due to our error.
