  • Orders under AUD 100: A flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 applies.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 hours of ordering (Unshipped): You may cancel your order directly for a full refund.

  • Over 48 hours or Shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package, and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Arrival Time
Once the cancellation is confirmed and eligible, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
