Shipping policy

 

Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of AUD 100.00 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders totaling less than AUD 100.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin the processing cycle on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.

Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your items from the warehouse. We operate Monday to Friday.

Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time for delivery to your address is 7-15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your location within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your items, such as large greenhouses or furniture sets, arrive safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We may select the most suitable carrier based on the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the logistics carrier's tracking information.
You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.

  • Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Signing for Delivery
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing. If you notice significant damage, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt or refuse the package and contact us immediately. For large items like workbenches or dining sets, ensure you have sufficient space for delivery.

Delivery Restrictions
Due to the size and weight of items such as greenhouses, outdoor dining sets, and benches, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial address for delivery.

Split Shipments
For large orders or sets (such as outdoor dining table sets), items may be packed in multiple boxes to ensure safety. Consequently, packages may arrive separately on different days. This is normal, and you can track each package using the provided tracking numbers.
